Create new national team

To create new national team click on Create->national team in National teams tree. Form is shown:

Title - name of new national team
Shortname - short name of the team, it is used in widgets
Age group - age group of national team, this will be used in filtering in some widgets
Gender - gender of the team, this will be used in filtering in some widgets
