Create new season

Click on competition in National teams tree, then select Create->Season. Form is shown:

Season - global season for the competition, Global season can be edited in Seasons.
Visible standings - final standings of competition will be visible in national competition widgets.
Finished - indicate that the competition is finished.
League - the league new season will be assigned.
Period results enabled - possibility to edit and show period results of the games.
Period type - type of the period results. Quarters or Halves for historical competitions.
